Terms & Conditions
Effective November 3, 2026
SOD Check is a service of A2Q2 LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms cover your use of sodcheck.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site explains SOD Check, a segregation of duties diagnostic. It is general information. It is not legal, audit, accounting or tax advice, and it does not replace the judgment of your own team and advisors.
Our services are covered by a separate agreement
Buying SOD Check or any other service from us happens under a written order or agreement with your company. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls. Fixed prices, delivery times and guarantees are set out in that agreement.
Results and decisions
- SOD Check shows where one person may have too much access. Your company decides what to change and what to write down.
- Our results do not state or imply that any auditor has reviewed, approved or endorsed them.
- Our work depends on the files and information your company gives us.
Using the site
- Use the site for lawful business purposes only.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Do not copy, resell or republish our content without our written permission.
